SALES/RESERVATION POLICY

* To avoid any misunderstandings, we have found that it's easier and less
confusing for everyone if we reserve or sell our animals on a 'deposit only' basis.

* A $50 deposit will give you the opportunity to reserve the next available kid that is not yet born.

* Since we can't guarantee the sex of unborn kids, we will either refund your deposit or apply it to another
available kid should you not get what you were hoping for.

* Once the kid is born and has been accepted for purchase, all deposits then become non-refundable.

* A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to purchase kids that are already born or for any adult animal.

* No deposits or payments are accepted via Pay Pal. We prefer cash, a personal check or a money order.

* Deposits will be promptly refunded or applied to another available kid
if we decide to retain a kid that has been reserved.

* Deposits are non-refundable if the buyer backs out of the sale.

* Tiny Angels Farm reserves the right to make changes in breeding schedules.

* All kids and/or adults need to be picked up within a reasonable time after weaning or
a boarding fee of $2.00 per day per animal will be charged unless other arrangements have been made.

* All kids leave our farm disbudded, wormed at least once and have had at least their first dose of CD/T.

* We will gladly demonstrate trimming hooves and giving vaccinations to anyone purchasing our animals.

* All animals are required to be paid for in full (including board, shipping, crate, & health certificates)
before leaving the farm.

* We will replace any breeding animal if proven genetically infertile by a licensed Vet.

* We guarantee our animals to be healthy when they leave the farm.

* Because we are not responsible for the care of the animal once it leaves the farm,
we no longer take animals back. We will, however, help you to find the animal a loving home.

FOR TRANSPORTING ANIMALS OUT OF STATE (WHETHER BY TRUCK OR PLANE).
BUYERS ARE FULLY RESPONSIBLE TO CONSULT WITH ME REGARDING
USING MY VET OR USING A VET OF THEIR CHOICE IN ACQUIRING HEALTH CERTIFICATES
FOR THEIR ANIMALS.
